In our work together, we’ll create a space where you feel safe to explore the parts of yourself that may feel heavy or uncomfortable—those places touched by shame or pain. It’s okay not to have all the answers. What matters is that you're open to discovering what mental wellness looks like for you. Individual therapy offers a confidential space where a person can use this time to explore and reflect on one’s own life experiences. The goal of this time is to provide a safe and non-judgmental space to address your mental health needs. I help guide folx every step of the way and implement various methods to help them develop strategies and attitudes to overcome obstacles.
Couples therapy offers a safe space where partners can come together to work on concerns like trust, communication, intimacy, and emotions. The goal of couple’s therapy is for both of you to work together to find a common ground of understanding, growth, and compassion for one another. Couples therapy can be useful for many couples, no matter how long you have been together.
